It is everything I thought it could be and I had high expectations. The product is easy to clean and works just like a legit slushy machine at your favorite restaurant. We have used this several times over the last few months. The tweens can setup, make slushies and clean without help. It is very popular with the kids friends and it is popular with adult friends as well. Cleanup: The only word of advice is to make sure that once the last drink is dispensed you immediately rinse with 2 or 3 pitchers of very hot tap water. That dissolves and removes any sticky residue before it can setup, then remove and rinse the removeable parts with hot tap water and dry everything with a paper towel. This process takes less then 5 minutes total. It is awesome, just buy it already
