I got this for our teenager who paints DnD miniatures, but will be keeping them for my own water color use because except for ONE of the brushes, I would not classify the set as “tiny” – I tried taking pictures compared with my fingers as a scale check.Most of them are what I see as normal sized water color brushes and as such; they’re pretty darn nice.- The bristles don’t come out when rinsing them.- The design of the grip is comfortable and reduces strain when holding for extended amounts of time.They could use better quality control as well as one of the brushes is chipped, which would be unfortunate if it’s being given as a gift.Bottom line: not for super fine detail or miniature painting, but for other uses: excellent value.
