I haven’t used my AeroGarden in years and the liquid food/solution is old. I thought these were a nice replacements to grow plants from seeds. I’m currently growing herbs and just had one of them pop up after 10 days of sitting in the AeroGarden. The solution is easy to dispense, and I just followed the amount the original AeroGarden solution said to put in the water, as I wasn’t sure how much water my older model AeroGarden holds. The plastic holders and lid domes are similar to the original, the only difference is that these plastic holders fit flush with the holes and the lids just sit on top, whereas the AeroGarden brand ones have a little gap between the holder and the hole so the lids pop on and stay on. The dome lids that came with this product just sit on top, and my cat loves to bat them off. They don’t snap into the plastic holders like the AeroGarden ones do.
