I bought this bulb to make a difference in my hair growth. Because I have a smaller infrared wand I know that these lights do make a difference as far as healthier skin and inflammation reduction and I wanted to try a bigger bulb on both my skin and hair. After about three months of use, I cannot honestly say for sure if this bulb has made a difference but I have noticed a definite improvement in the quality of my skin, hair and mood. I am 53 and my hair is thicker now than it may have ever been. It is elastic and hard to break which is just the opposite of how it used to be. Pain in any of my joints or areas of my body are easily relieved but simply basking in this light. My cat will often sit on my lap and is also showing slight anti-aging signs. One IMPORTANT THING though, make sure not to look int the light. Don’t mess around and get the super sunnies. I ALSO close my eyes when directly facing the light.I haven’t used this bulb on any of my plants yet but it sure works for me!
