The bench hook is pre-drilled with holes on the opposite side so it can be quickly modified for anyone who’s left handed. I was able to easily unscrew the few Phillips-head screws, move the long side guard to the opposite side and screw in place. Took about 3 minutes. (Our museum purchased a dozen of them for use in an art class I took and one classmate was left-handed).
