These really saved me… I had an expensive bed where the cam bolts fell out (why would Ethan Allen every use cams??). I drilled a through-hole and put these in where the Cams were and it pulled really tight.The only downsides is that the crescent nut seems a bit weak but it is holding up so far. The bolt and the hex opening could be beefier.
